TNV-electronic aims to be not only a professional subcontractor and sparring partner but also a good, credible cooperation partner so that our customer will actually see our company as part of his own organization, and not as an external supplier. TNV cooperates so closely with many of our major customers that our customer related staff do in practice work as our customer's own employees. Thus providing an extremely high degree of certainty counteracting wrong deliveries and allowing for ultra-short time of delivery of special assignments, our staff having an accurate knowledge of our customer's product and thus of his needs and requirements down to the very least detail. We undertake to supply a finished, approved product all the way from our customer's concept up to and including the stage of production, by way of a close type of cooperation at the development stage, as well as current mutual information and response during the subsequent stage of supply.

TNV-electronic was started in 1972 as a subsidiary of Toft-Nielsen & Vallø A/S (hence the name of TNV), a prominent company in the field of supply of facades, gates, and doors for the building industry.
TNV-electronic later became an independent unit, having developed from a stage of merely supplying gate and door automatic controls to being a subsupplier of all kinds of electronic controls for a wide range of customer groups:
